Kaufman & Canoles Fitness Group 2014 - 2015 – Recruited a personal fitness trainer to host weekly fitness sessions after work in the Norfolk Office. Marketed, organized memberships and managed communication between Kaufman & Canoles employees, our Human Resources department and the trainer.

Wellness Committee Member 2012 – Present - Create monthly fitness and health food recipe newsletters, assist and organize Lunch and Learns, research and provide innovative methods to incorporate wellness in the workplace.
Attended ILTACON Las Vegas 2015 – International Legal Technology Association Conference. One week retreat for new technology, enhancing professional knowledge, and peer networking seminars.
Kaufman & Canoles Wounded Warrior 8k 2014 – Organized the Fundraiser, developed a company team, marketed the event.
