Currently I manage three different teams; the database administrators who also administer our document management and related systems, applications operations with primary responsibility for SharePoint management and also for other applications in the firm, and the implementation team with primary responsibility for implementing new technologies and working with our attorneys and clients to build collaborative solutions. Recently we implemented an adaptation of agile methodology for managing work and projects. I work directly with attorneys, staff and clients to design and develop solutions for collaboration and process improvement. I also frequently serve as an advisor on projects that do not directly include my group.
I spend most of my spare time with family. I have 6 children, four of whom are married, one grandchild (and a few on the way). I also do carpentry and have worked on small engines in the past.
