Phi Tran is a Director within KPMG's US Forensic Technology practice group where she consults on legal technology, managed review, and data and eDiscovery management. A former practicing commercial litigation attorney, Phi combines her litigation background, eDiscovery consulting, litigation support, project management, and managed attorney review experience to help clients develop and implement best practices and defensible cost-effective solutions to their eDiscovery needs. Phi is the immediate past Chapter Director of the Women in eDiscovery (WIE) Denver Chapter and actively involved in local and state bar associations in Colorado and Texas and a frequent speaker on eDiscovery topics.
