Monica has worked in legal training for the past ten years and in corporate training for 10 years before that. She served on ILTA's User Support Peer Group Steering Committee and has been a speaker at ILTA's annual conferences. Monica’s work with law firms is founded on the principles of candidate pre-evaluation, concrete learning plans and defined learning goals. She is a Microsoft Certified Office Master (CMOM) in five versions of MS Office and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
As of August 2013 Monica has been invited to act as a Consultant on the Flaherty Suffolk Assessment Project, pioneered by D. Casey Flaherty of Kia Motors and Prof. Andrew Perlman at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. She has taught at the Colorado Law Summer Program on IT Legal Entrepreneurship in 2014 and 2015; she has also co-taught Legal Contracts, Spring 2015 with Prof. Amy Bauer, Colorado Law.
