As a Senior Training and Support Specialist for the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to guide others in building their computer skills as well as to "rescue" them from computer problems. I love it when I can make someone's job easier!
Working on law firm technology projects for the past nine (9) years, I excel in the areas of training and development with emphasis on implementation, migrations, desk side support and evaluation. I have experience developing courseware and providing training and support to users at all levels of expertise. I especially enjoy the unique challenges that the law firm desktop software applications provide.
Since June of 2011, I have participated in numerous Windows 7 / Office 2010 projects as a trainer and applications analyst. I have also delivered training for Acrobat X, Worldox GX2, dtSearch and BEC Docket Enterprise. I work with clients to develop instructional materials and user guides. I deliver IT Staff training, as well as train-the-trainer classes for in-house trainers.
I have advanced skills in Microsoft Office 2010, 2007 and 2003 and Adobe Acrobat Professional X, 9 and 8. I have expertise in many applications used in the legal industry including, eDocs, Worldox, LegalBar, Payne Forms and Numbering Assistant, Workshare, pdfDocs and pdf CompareDocs
I believe communication, whether, verbal, non-verbal or written, is the key to success. I continually strive to improve and develop this skill.
