Bio

Enjoying my 17th year at Traveling Coaches!

I've been working in legal for 30 years and in the training industry for 20.  I'm a Prosci Change Practitioner and Kirkpatrick 4-Levels of Evaluation certified.  I've got creds in change management, communications, graphic design, writing, instructional design, evaluation, training, presenting ...

I'm also one of the architects and the facilitator of the ILTA award-winning Certified Legal Trainer Program -- 85 graduates of the program to date! 

I was born and raised in the Napa Valley and now live in Dallas. My passion is screenwriting -- I'm currently a semi-finalist in the ScreenCraft True Story competition. HUGE Broadway fan! I've been the choir director at church for about 10 years. I have a big family with 6 kids and the 11th grandchild is due to arrive in November!
