Short version: former corporate lawyer now helping Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR) deliver excellent client service and better career experiences for attorneys through top-notch attorney recruiting, work allocation, professional development, knowledge management, and research and information services.
Longer version: after two years as a strategy consultant for Corporate Decisions Inc. (CDI) in Boston, I went to Stanford Law School and then clerked for Ninth Circuit Judge Melvin Brunetti in Reno. I practiced corporate and securities law for 4 years with WSGR in Palo Alto, then spent 4 years leading KM programs at web consulting firms. Following the demise of the last one, I returned to WSGR, where I now lead the firm's KM, professional development, attorney recruiting, and work allocation programs. For ILTA, I now serve on the Board of Directors; previously, I served as chair of the Knowledge Advisors and PGVP and steering committee member for the KM peer group. I'm also a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) and have served on the PDC's Board.
