Joe Hoegler is the Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Kraft Kennedy. He is responsible for all technology services delivery and solution development at the firm and manages all project practice groups. Joe also provides technical leadership and strategic guidance on engagements involving a broad range of law firm technologies and is responsible for directing technology strategy at the firm. He has led many projects for numerous members of the AmLaw 100 in addition to leading and coordinating day-to-day operations and projects for small and mid-sized clients. Joe previously led the firm’s Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems practice group and was responsible for several areas, including messaging systems and unified communications, directory services, server virtualization, and data center design. Among his certifications, Joe was one of the first people worldwide to achieve Microsoft Certified Solutions Master in Messaging and is one of only 22 people worldwide who hold this certification; he is a Microsoft Certified Master on Exchange 2010 (one of approximately 135 people worldwide) and a Microsoft Certified Master on Office 365: Exchange Online. Joe has presented on messaging and unified communications at multiple industry events, including Microsoft TechEd North America, Microsoft Exchange Conference, ILTA Conference, and ILTA roadshows.
