Joining Smith Debnam as Information Systems Director in 2013, Will has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, eight of which in the legal industry. Before joining Smith Debnam, Will headed up the Southeast legal services engineering team for All Covered, a national technology consulting firm, where he focused exclusively on the legal industry. Before that, he worked at a New England-based regional law firm. An active member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), Will sits on multiple governing boards of the organization and is a frequent speaker on behalf of ILTA on topics ranging from regulatory compliance and information security to practice management and law firm technology.
