A Profession Under Siege: Challenges to the Traditional Law Firm Business Model

For years, we have been discussing challenges to the (highly profitable) traditional law firm service delivery model.  AFAs, contract lawyers, even emerging technologies seemed to threaten law firm operational norms – as well as profits.  Yet firms have continued to thrive.  These changes brought just enough efficiency to operations to satisfy clients’ needs for cost savings without overly threatening profits.

Join our panel as we discuss the current threat landscape for the law firm business model and the implications for legal technology.
