In this webinar, we discuss the evolution of the knowledge management (KM) toolkit. Originally conceived as an internal initiative to promote the reuse of best-practice legal content, KM is now regarded as key to driving a firm's commercial success. Clients are keen to form strategic partnerships with law firms and benefit from the KM tools firms develop. Looking to the future, technology and innovation will continue to disrupt the legal industry in critical ways, and the KM toolkit will evolve to adapt to this new normal.
