Decision Making: Joy Heath Rush is responsible for everything that touches Litéra's law firm clients. Previously, she spent 28 years in a variety of IT and management roles at the prestigious international law firm Sidley Austin LLP. With over 30 years of experience supporting lawyers, Joy is passionate about applying technology to the business problems of law firms. In addition to her law firm and vendor roles, Joy has a long history of volunteering in the legal technology community, having served as a board member or president of three different legal technology peer groups, including ILTA.
Emotional Intelligence: Peter Krakaur is senior legal operations executive with over 16 years of experience creating and executing innovative strategies that drive operational efficiencies in support of the business and practice of law. He has developed and led teams of lawyers and legal professional managing legal projects, pricing and billing, clients/outside counsel, change management, and technology initiatives. As the former Director of Legal Operations at SolarCity, he was responsible for the development and administration of processes and systems that supported the legal department and its collaboration with all company employees, law firms, and third-party legal providers. As former Chief Knowledge Officer for a global law firm, he directed the strategic direction of global knowledge management initiatives, leading the knowledge management, client risk and acceptance, and client collaboration teams. He also designed and led legal project management initiatives in support of the firm's pricing, matter budgeting and client service strategy. He is a nationally recognized public speaker on legal operations, legal project management, knowledge management, and technology strategy.
Facilitation: Doreen Watt is the business technology advocate in the Vorys Project Management Office. She has managed projects for the last 13 years. She has spearheaded several process improvement projects to redefine processes that improve productivity. Ms. Watt holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.
Handling Conflict: Dianna Hunter. With three decades working in the legal industry, and over a decade in strategic human capital management, Dianna C. Hunter leads all strategic, operational and tactical guidance on all HR fronts throughout Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. Dianna’s focus in human resources is talent management, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, compliancy in people, policies and practices.
