Women in STEM - Failure Is an Option: The Growth Mindset

Description:
As women, it's important for us to have the courage to fail -- and to learn from failure -- versus feeling we've got to be perfect at every turn. Without failures, we are inhibited from potential growth and from discovering our true talents and potential. But growth requires being willing to develop good strategy and being open to input from others, in addition to all the hard work. The rewards are rich, but the path is sometimes hard to find.

Join us for a frank discussion between two accomplished attorneys now working at tech companies and a founder of a legal software company. Topics will include how we can:

  • Lead
  • Provide a safety net for failure
  • Learn and pivot
  • Manage
  • Digest change as it relates to process, technology or people
