Previously a Director with Liberty Mutual Insurance Enterprise Legal Services for nearly 15 years streamlining a corporate legal department of 2,000 professionals across 70 locations nationwide with nearly $1B managed legal spend. I was also selected to advise the visionary Clearspire founding team during a revolutionary New Law start-up.
A customer-centric strategist who is keen on process excellence and delivered outcomes, I have large law firm IT Director experience, with Spencer Fane LLP and Wallace Saunders. I also worked as a regional technologist for the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration, and database vendor Informix (IBM) technical support & quality assurance organizations.
I am certified in multiple practices and technologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Cisco, Citrix, eDiscovery (Relativity), Documentum, iManage, Microsoft SharePoint, Novell, Oracle/Sun, & Xerox. I joined the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section in 1995, recognized as a Law Department Champion in 2011 through an ILTA Distinguished Peer Award, and continue to enjoy active involvement with the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), and serve as faculty for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) LegalOps annual symposium and section steering committee.
