Digital Enablement is the process of realizing the Digital Transformation of an organization by providing a clear strategic vision and a plan for implementing new technologies, processes, and cultural changes that can deliver greater value to the organization and its customers.
There’s a saying that “when digital transformation is done right, it’s like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly; but when done wrong, all you have is a really fast caterpillar.” I’m focused on unleashing the butterfly within every enterprise.
From my 25+ years in the IT space, including as CIO of a multinational law firm, I know first-hand that Digital Transformation is not an end in and of itself: It’s a way to drive efficiencies, boost productivity, create new revenue models, and make agile leaps forward. Being on the other side of the table at iManage, I’m more driven than ever to help customers and prospects achieve success on their own Digital Transformation journeys.
