General Information

ILTACON Europe is the European version of our flagship annual event - ILTACON. Sessions and topics will be curated to maximum relevance to the European audience. ILTACON Europe will be held at A&O Shearman in 2024.

Senior leaders in IT and infosec roles in UK and Europe.

ILTACON Europe will take place Wednesday, 13 November - Thursday, 14 November 2024.

ILTACON Europe will take place in-person at A&O Shearman. There are no plans to stream content to a remote audience.

The event does not charge a registration fee for members, but a cancellation/no-show fee £50 will be levied to those who register and do not cancel registration prior to 6 November. Non-member registration will launch in September and will be $149.

ILTA members and non-members are eligible to register for ILTACON Europe. Non-member registration will not be available until September.

Business Partners

Each ILTACON Europe sponsor may send a maximum of two individuals to represent the company.

Your exhibition space will include (1) table, (2) chairs and a standard UK 3 pin plug and standard Wi-Fi (suitable for checking emails).

Setup time is still to be determined. Note that the in-house engineers will need to conduct a PAT Test on all electrical connections to ensure safety.

Inbound: All materials sent to A&O Shearman must be shipped using this shipping label. All items must be delivered between November 8th and 10th.

Outbound: All materials must be either left on your table with accurate self-produced shipping labels OR taken off property by 8:00pm on Thursday, 14 November.
