Peter Buck
is Baker Robbins & Company's chief technical architect for document and content systems. Peter specializes in document management, knowledge management and search solutions. As a leading expert in document management solutions for law firms, he developed pioneering solutions with Interwoven and Hummingbird technologies including matter-centric computing, active content folders and system architectures producing high return-on-investment. He has developed Microsoft Office Add-ins to enable direct content search within the Microsoft Office family to private content repositories using Recommind MindServer.

Joe Buser is the Director of Business Development for Traveling Coaches.  He has been with the company since 2000 and has worked with hundreds of law firms and corporate legal departments, crafting unique solutions to their educational and application integration requirements. Joe is a regular presenter at local, regional and national events for ILTA, ALA and Legal Tech, speaking on topics ranging from continuing education to project management. Prior to joining Traveling Coaches, he was a senior consultant for The Sabre Group, managing airline IT projects for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Mark Denner is the lead technical consultant for the Collaborative Systems group at Baker Robbins & Company. With 10 years of legal industry consulting experience, his primary focus is on best practices in electronic document life cycle management. Working with some of the largest and most prestigious of law firms in the U.S. and U.K., his projects have tackled topics such as knowledge management, search systems, electronic document security, document collaboration, document management system design, as well as matter-centric computing paradigms. Mark also has deep technical expertise in relational database schema design, high-availability system architectures, and is an experienced software developer.

Liza Madden has over 20 years of experience with technology consulting in the professional services industry. She works extensively with law firms and corporate legal departments in the content management space. Her professional experience includes project management and deep subject matter expertise in several enterprise-wide software deployments and database conversion projects, as well as thought leadership on content life cycle challenges and responsible filing of e-mail.  Liza participates with a team of colleagues in designing natural workflows to support compliance of policy initiatives regarding content management.
