Duane Lites has over 22 years of litigation support experience, and has spent 12 of those managing Litigation Support departments in several large law firms. He is currently the Director of Litigation Support at Jackson Walker LLP in Dallas, Texas, where he is responsible for coordinating all Litigation Support technology services for the firm?s attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. He works with the firm?s management team to create and implement a strategy for the Litigation Support Department that focuses on quality work product, customer care, and leading edge technology solutions.
Kyle N. Neitzel is a Litigation Support Specialist at Lindquist & Vennum PLLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he manages the firm?s in-house e-discovery and document processing. Kyle uses his decade of experience working in both vendor and firm positions to provide a wide range of solutions to meet the demands of L&V?s practice. Kyle has been a panelist on various topics for presentations to MALSP and ILTA.
Rosa D. Waller is currently a Consultant in the Litigation Technology Department at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP in Columbus, Ohio. The department provides in-house support, training, processing and production of e-discovery. Rosa is certified in all Summation applications, LAW 5.0, and discover-e. She is serves on the adjunct teaching staff at Capital University and has over 22 years of experience in litigation with the Vorys law firm.
