Metadata and Mobile Devices - What Unique Risks Should We Be Considering?
We've all worked hard to address metadata risks on the network. But what about metadata and the growing use of mobile devices in the legal workflow? We'll discuss challenges you may not have thought about. We'll also look at some of Office/Outlook 2010's increased integration with mobile devices and "social connectors." In some respects, we may have more questions than answers . . . but it's time to start the conversation. Finally, we'll look at both things you can do now to minimize risk and how to factor the next generation of Office considerations into your long-term strategy around metadata.
