Summary: A Content Coordinating Team member will review the specific areas of focus, target audiences, deliverable numbers and topics that fall under their area of discipline. There are four teams: applications and desktop, business management, information management, and technology operations. Each team develops programming deliverables for law firm, law department, local and international audiences and directs deliverables to be executed by project teams.
Term: One year, renewable subject to annual interview/approval
Compensation: ILTA volunteer leaders do not receive compensation for their services but may be reimbursed for expenses.
Areas of Focus:
There are four Content Coordinating Teams with unique areas of focus:
- 1) Applications and Desktop: Application interfaces and deployments, applications, helpdesk and user support, training
- 2) Business Management: Financial management, future tech, legal project management, practice management and practice support, pricing, project management, strategy, business process improvements, leadership/professional development
- 3) Information Management: Business intelligence, enterprise content management, litigation support and e-discovery, knowledge management, marketing and business development, online client services, client-facing tools, social media, information governance/compliance
- 4) Technology Operations: DR/BC technologies, infrastructure technologies, IT operations, unified communications, virtualization, cloud technologies, security, mobility
