Help for Adding an Employee to the ILTA Website 

Are you registering someone else for an ILTA sponsored event or conference? In order to register for ILTA events, each attendee must have an account setup on the ILTA website. If you are responsible for registering other attendees to an ILTA event, we recommend that you direct them to this page for help with creating an account so that they may select their preferred User ID and password. You can create the account for them but you will need to inform them of the user id and password that you select.

Once a new employee is added to the ILTA system, you can register them for an event. NOTE: If an employee isn't sure whether they have an account, the login page features a link for "forgot my password" which can be used to confirm if they have a login account.

To Create a User Account with ILTA:
•         Click the  login  button found near the top-right corner of this website.
•         Select the link which reads "click here to create one" and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that you will need to use an e-mail address that belongs to your firm's e-mail domain to be eligible for member benefits.

Within a few seconds after submitting this information, you should receive a welcome e-mail which confirms that your account is now created. You may then register for various events and/or you can register other employees for an event on their behalf (look for the Buy for Group button to do so).

NOW WHAT?
Take some time to explore the site.  You’ll find lots of great content and features to enjoy.  Explore the self-service options to update your member profile, your peer group elections, your opt-out choices, etc. 

CONTENT PUSH
Based on your regional affiliation and the peer group interests that you can select, content specific to those demographics will always be presented to you on each login.  You can update your topics of interest to provide an ever-changing list of content based on your needs.

REGISTERING OTHERS FOR AN EVENT
If you are responsible for registering other employees for the ILTA Conference, an event or webinar, here's how.

  • Login to the ILTA website as yourself (follow the directions above to create an account if you don't have one).
  • Find the desired event under the Meetings menu. If the event requires registration, you'll see a Register button or link. You will arrive at a Shopping Cart page which will indicate the price for the event.
  • To designate someone else as an attendee, click the Buy for Others button and follow the directions provided to select the desired attendees.
  • When you arrive back at the shopping cart, the newly selected attendee(s) will be listed as an item.
  • If you will not be attending, remove the event item that shows you as the Ship To. Then proceed to the Checkout button.

Each attendee will receive an e-mail confirmation for the event registration.
