London: SASIG Workshop - Security Best Practice for People and Information in the Legal Sector

When:  May 2, 2017 from 12:00 to 17:00 (UTC)

SASIG Workshop - Security Best Practice for People and Information in the Legal Sector

Lunch will be provided.

Description:
Previous Legal Sector SASIG Workshops, attended by senior security practitioners from various organisations within the legal sector, considered the following questions:

  • How important does your organisation consider the security of people and information to be, and how has this changed over the past two years?
  • Who is responsible for security in its various forms? Are departments other than security actively involved? Do you have dedicated resources?
  • How successful do you consider your work in this area to be? Do you measure the results of your work? If so, how?
  • How do you get partner support for security?

At this third meeting, we will continue to address these issues, asking what good security practice looks like for people and information in the legal sector. A number of eminent guest speakers will offer case studies about their work to implement better security within their organisations.

A period for networking and drinks will be provided at the close of the meeting.
