Clauses, Inserts, and Blocks - Oh My! Check Out Forte's Clause Library Wizardry

When:  Jun 9, 2017 from 12:00 to 13:00 (ET)
Session Description:  Sure, you can use Word's Quick Parts or AutoText features to store and manage frequently used clauses, inserts, and blocks of text. But how is this managed in global enterprises? How do attorneys share their clauses with others in their practice group or even with their legal assistant?

Highlights of Forte's Clause Wizardry:

• Create, edit, and store clauses, precedents, or text blocks.
• Insert clauses, precedents, or text blocks into any document.
• Add basic variables to clauses, precedents, or text blocks (name, company, date, etc.).
• Share clauses, precedents, or text blocks with your team members.
• Save and apply variable information to populate one or many clauses automatically and simultaneously.
• Assemble a document in minutes using clauses, precedents, or text blocks.
• Forte utilizes a SQL database and IIS server backend to store and deliver clauses, precedents, and text blocks, as well as all firm content, templates, customizations, and application data.

Though we'll focus on clause library functionality during this session, Forte also includes template and macro-like functionality, document assembly, styles, numbering/TOC, contact integration, and document management integration – all in one configurable system, with one user interface.
