Rick Lesley
is the Senior Vice President of Delivery at Olenick, where he leads the global delivery organization. With 20 years of experience in software quality, testing and client delivery, he has been a catalyst for solution innovation and growth for clients and within Olenick. Rick has been a formative leader in shaping Olenick's services and high delivery standards, and led the development of the delivery assurance program. He combines technology expertise and talent to deliver client impact.

Bill Mertes is Olenick's Vice President for the Legal Practice, responsible for delivery oversight, account management and project leadership. Prior to joining Olenick, he spent over 20 years at a large law firm, implementing and maturing the internal IT organization. Most of that experience was in software development activities, architecting and building solutions, and later managing the firm's software development teams. In addition, Bill served for two years as VP/co-chair on ILTA's annual conference committee and sat on the LEDES Oversight Committee's board of directors for over 10 years.

Scott Christensen is part of the leadership team at Olenick and has worked in legal technology for over 25 years. He has experience leading the technology and business needs of several global law firms, and has served in numerous industry volunteer roles including six years on ILTA's board of directors and two years as ILTA's president. Scott is a member of the Law Firm Information Governance Task Force, an information governance think tank with published works on IG topics. He is a frequent speaker and author on a broad range of topics including information governance, security and technology, risk management and leadership.
