is the Director of Records and Information Governance for Jackson Lewis P.C., an Am Law 100 and Global 100 law firm. He develops and documents firmwide records and information management policies and procedures, and has been pivotal to introducing the concept of information governance (IG) to his firm and establishing their IG task force. Bradlee has worked in the legal sector of the information governance profession since 1999, specializing in records and information governance program implementation. He is an active member of ARMA, currently serving as a Region Director for the organization, and is an Advisory Board member of the Information Coalition.

Nancy Beauchemin, CRM is the President of InOutsource, the company she founded in 2002 in direct response to law firms' need for in-depth records management and information governance consulting. Her proprietary methodology addresses all aspects of managing client matter information regardless of form. With over 20 years of experience working with law firms, she understands the challenges they face in their information management and business intake processes, including rising costs, new technologies, changing legal statutes and general risk issues.
