More than 25 years of experience in human resources. Career has been as a generalist with hands on experience in, as well as management of, talent aquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
Highlights of my career include assisting boards of directors with CEO transitions, leading teams responsible for balanced scorecard development and roll out, developing and recommending CEO and executive compensation programs, and restructuring/redeveloping the HR capital and related expenditures within organizations/departments to meet the needs of the business.
