To Allow a Delegate Access to Your Calendar

 

  1. In Outlook, click the File
  2. Click Account Settings, and then click Delegate Access.

  3. Click Add, and find the name of the User for whom you want to add or change permissions, and then click Add and OK

  4. The Delegate Permissions will appear and will allow you to add or change the permissions for any Outlook folder that the delegate has access.

  5. Check the check the “automatically send a message to delegate summarizing these permissions” checkbox.  (This means that your delegate will receive an email message telling them how to open your calendar.)

  1. After add/changing permissions, click OK and OK
