In this new Work From Home (WFH) age, I thought this was a good tip So many people are back to back meetings and not taking the breaks they probably should. I just discovered that Outlook (Office 365) as a "end meeting early" feature. I found this tip from Heather Paulsen (@TheRealCre8trix on Twitter). Here's the tip:
When scheduling meetings consider ending them 5 minutes early (for 30-min meetings) or 10 minutes early for (60+-min meetings). Outlook makes it easy: File > Options > Calendar > End appointments and meetings early. 30 minute meetings become 25. 60 minute meetings become 50.
Thus you have a built-in break between back to back meetings.
