Miguel leads a team of professionals supporting Microsoft’s efforts to negotiate complex cloud and AI agreements with key enterprise customers in the United States. He also supports efforts to promote technology adoption and help law firms and customers adopt new technologies.
Originally from Argentina, Miguel is a lawyer and has an LL.M (Master in Laws) from The University of Texas School of Law and a J.D. from the University Of Buenos Aires School Of Law. Miguel has been working as a legal professional for more than 12 years and is licensed to practice in New York and Argentina.
Meghan Romano works as Principal Corporate Counsel for Microsoft's Corporate External Legal Affairs (CELA) Customer & Partner Solutions North America team, where she advises strategic and enterprise commercial customers in Canada and the Midwest, Northeast, and South areas of the U.S. Meghan likes reading or listening to podcasts and being with her family when she is not helping with deal negotiations or promoting Generative AI. Meghan resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her spouse, Joe, and their two kids, Anthony & Stella.
