We would like to invite you to our next in person Projects & Business Analysis Special Interest Group (SIG) meeting, moderated by your ILTA Special Interest Group Steering Committee.
We are continually juggling our workloads and almost always subject to constraints when trying to deliver projects. One of the top reasons for this can be changing and/or conflicting business priorities and a lack of resources available. To that end our topics for this meeting are Resource Management and Prioritisation of Work. Please join our speakers, Alexa Isaacs (Head of Project Delivery, RPC), Kavita Shah (IT Programme Manager, Slaughter and May) and Dale Hodgkinson (Head of Strategy & Architecture, Slaughter and May) who will be discussing what tools, processes and/or applications they are using and addressing some of the following questions:
- How are requests for new pieces of work submitted, reviewed and approved?
- How is work priortisied?
- How are changing priorities managed? Including the impact on people completing the work?
As with all of our SIG meetings, we ask the forum to contribute to the conversation by sharing their experiences and challenges to date. Following the meeting there will be a chance to continue the conversation and meet new friends with a drinks reception.

This event is open to anyone working in a law firm or legal department. There is no cost to attend however as places are limited we encourage you to only register if you are highly likely to attend.
Please note SIG meetings are designed to foster healthy group conversation with questions that are discussion driven. We encourage attendance from those willing to share ideas and contribute to the discussion. Chatham House rules apply.
