We would like to invite you to our second Project Managers/Business Analysts Special Interest Group (SIG) meeting both in person and virtual, moderated by your ILTA Special Interest Group Steering Committee.
The main topic for this meeting is Stakeholder Management. We will be exploring specific scenarios and discussing the potential root causes along with sharing ideas on how to avoid these situations going forward.
We will also hear from our SIG Chair, Jyoti Patel on how her team at Slaughter and May use Microsoft Teams for managing projects and collaboration.
As with all of our SIG meetings, we ask the forum to contribute to the conversation by sharing their experiences and challenges to date. Following the meeting there will be a chance to continue the conversation and meet new friends with a drinks reception.

This event is open to anyone working in a law firm or legal department. There is no cost to attend however as places are limited we encourage you to only register if you are highly likely to attend.
Please note SIG meetings are specifically designed to foster healthy group conversation with questions that are discussion driven. We encourage attendance from those willing to share ideas and contribute to the discussion. Chatham House rules apply.
