Annotate & Edit Documents on Phones & Tablets with LINK

When:  Jun 12, 2024 from 12:00 to 13:00 (ET)

The world has changed. Today’s attorneys expect to be able to do more than simply view a document on a phone or tablet. They want to be able to act and close the loop on a request from a client or colleague.

The most popular feature in our LINK app is the ability to annotate a document in-app. There is no need to move the document to an annotation app. After editing, check the document into DMS or email. It’s that simple.

Attorneys increasingly want to edit on iPads. You can check any Office file out of DMS or OneDrive. It will be encrypted and opened in the Word/Office app. From there edit with Word, then check-in to DMS or OneDrive and email it.

LINK is used by attorneys in mid-sized firms and Am Law 100 firms alike and provides secure workflows with iManage Work® 10, NetDocuments DMS, eDocs, Outlook, OneDrive, Windows file shares, Litera Compare, and the firm intranet/SharePoint.

In this 30-minute online seminar, we will show you how to:

• Annotate a document in DMS or attached to email

• Edit a document using the Word app

• Check the amended file into DMS or send via email

We will also present an overview of LINK’s security features including encryption, remote wipe, certificate-based device authentication, SSO, and two-factor identity authentication.
