I am a results-oriented self-starter who is known for my strong knowledge management ("KM"), analytical, legal, technology, creative problem solving, and leadership skills. I draw on my experiences as an attorney to develop and implement innovative firm-wide and practice-specific solutions (litigation and transactional) to help lawyers effectively serve clients and the business needs of the firm. My work has leveraged KM to enhance the delivery of superior legal services and resulted in significant profitability, productivity and business development.
I am also an experienced product and project manager who has designed critical KM systems incorporating an organized information architecture and UX design. In addition, my in-depth knowledge of firm operations enables me to see the big picture and analyze how people, data, workflow and firm systems can work together to capture “know-how” to improve business processes and efficiencies. Often, I act as a bridge to build strategic relationships and collaborate with practice groups, lawyers, KM, marketing, IT and administrative departments to evaluate and develop new processes and technologies.
I am also was selected to be an inaugural member of ILTA's Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce. I look forward to providing strategy and support to help promote ILTA's vision of D&I within ILTA.
