In my role as a Business Analyst at ContactEase, I work closely with the development team and key stakeholders to understand the needs of our clients and translate them into technical specifications to ensure continuous delivery and enhance the client experience.
With 20 years of legal industry experience in both an IT and Marketing technology role, I understand the challenges of implementing new technologies in a law firm and the strategies for success.
