Oversee Xerdict's (wholly owned subsidiary of Tanenbaum Keale LLP) product line which offers systems to large nationwide litigation and settlement scenarios, customer relationship management offerings, change management and project management software and workflow record-based tracking systems. Maintain client relationships and oversee software development. Also responsible for technical operations which includes management of a third party hosting/data center, applications development, project management, client support, business continuity, security/privacy, Oracle database management and other typical functions within a small software company.
