As Fish & Richardson's Training and Development Specialist, I am responsible for managing the curriculum for new hire training, maintaining the firm's Learning Management System (LMS), project coordination, and needs assessments. I work with many departments within the firm to provide the best possible training solutions, and work for continued improvement in our new hire training.
I have a background in education and in training, and I truly enjoy working with people. I began my corporate career in customer service, and soon learned that I enjoyed training, education, and project work. Since coming to Fish, I have had the pleasure of working in all those areas and more.
I enjoy talking about current trends in the Learning & Development industry, and recently obtained a Professional Train-the-Trainer Certificate from the University of Minnesota. I hope to continue to grow within the training industry and contribute more to the successful training of our employees.
When I'm not working, I enjoy singing in a local semi-professional choir, coaching youth basketball, officiating high school basketball, running, Orangetheory Fitness workouts, watching professional baseball, and spending time with my 16-year old son.
