Outlook > Check Meeting Attendee Status

 

Did you know that if you organize a meeting using Outlook’s Meeting Request you can check who accepted and declined the invite?

 

  1. Navigate to your Outlook Calendar.
  2. Double-click the meeting you want to check.
  3. On the Meeting tab, in the Show group, click the Tracking  button (the Tracking button will not display unless you are the organizer).
  4. A list of attendees and their responses will display.

You can copy the attendee status list and paste it into Excel:

  1. Click the Tracking drop down and select Copy Status to Clipboard.
  2. Open Excel and paste. The attendee status will populate three columns:

 

Note If you receive a Meeting Request, please be courteous and respond to the invitation. If you choose to accept the meeting request but select Do Not Send a Response, your response will display asNone. The organizer will not know if you plan to attend the meeting.
