ILTA EVOLVE is ILTA's newest high-profile conference that will dive deep into the legal tech community’s latest challenges and explore emergent issues. EVOLVE will focus on the two most pressing issues in legal tech and will be host to the latest trends in technology. Now in it's third year, 2026 ILTA EVOLVE is all about Generative Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. Each year two focus areas will be chosen based on industry demand and challenges, and trending change.

ILTA EVOLVE 2026 will take place Thursday 30 April through Saturday 2 May at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center at 6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019. The venue is approximately 7.3 miles from the Denver International Airport (code: DEN).

ILTA EVOLVE 2026 will be presented entirely in person. There are no plans to offer a streaming/virtual option.

During the registration process, you will be asked to request a dietary, physical, or other accommodation to fully participate. Please contact our Events Team at events@iltanet.org for additional accommodation information.

Members may register for $1299 until 13 March ($1,599 13 March through April 23); qualifying non-members may register for $1,999 until 13 March ($2,499 13 March through April 23).

ILTA Members and non-members are eligible. Non-members are those individuals who qualify for ILTA membership but haven't become members.

Late registration fees will start on 13 March.

ILTA Member entities are eligible to purchase a "SuperPass" for $3,897 which is close to a "buy three get one free." The link to purchase the product is available on the registration page. After purchase, you will receive instructions from our Accounting Team to invite your team to register.

3. Click on Pay Open Company Orders
4. Scroll until you see the EVOLVE order
5. Click View on the Order
6. Click on Complete Your Payment and enter payment details

ILTA EVOLVE participants will receive a booking link to the ILTA EVOLVE room block in their registration confirmation email.

Run of House rooms are available for $259 / night plus a daily resort fee of $28 and applicable taxes (currently 12.75%). All reservations must be accompanied by a refundable one night room deposit. Reservations cancelled within 5 business days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. The EVOLVE Room Block will close on Monday 20 March 2026. Reservations made after that time may not be available, and if available, may not be at the EVOLVE rate.

Reservations canceled within 5 business days before arrival will forfeit the deposit. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
