The User Support Services Community provides a platform for the exchange of ideas and information related to technology, practices and standards focused on user support services, including (but not limited to): helpdesk and desktop/hardware support; applications support; laptops, handheld devices, printers, scanners, multifunction devices (including break/fix) support; home support; tracking and management of IT assets and many more.
