With over 20 years of extensive technical knowledge and support, including 15 years dedicated to the legal market, Tom works as a liaison between the sales and engineering departments to gather required information for system functionality and configuration to ensure customers receive quality configuration and operation of the solution specific for their environment.
Tom Gordon directs Upland AccuRoute's worldwide business development and strategic partner program. With over 30 years of sales experience, his expertise includes developing and managing successful sales teams, designing and implementing distribution plans, and expanding sales channels. Previously, Tom was the business development manager for Equitrac, a Florida-based software company. He has also held sales management positions at Fortune 500 companies and co-founded SharCo and Frames USA.
