Knowledge Management Discussion: Measuring the Value of a KM Program

When:  Feb 15, 2018 from 15:00 to 16:00 (ET)

Description

In this virtual roundtable, we'll hold an open discussion on how to value a knowledge management (KM) program and ask for your contributions to the conversation on topics that may include:

  • The value of your KM program
  • What are you measuring? How do you even measure KM?
  • When quantitative numbers don't work, what can you do to tell the story?
  • Once you have the metrics, how do you use them to drive adoption? What are these metrics telling you, and how do you move forward with this data?

As always, the success of this discussion will rely heavily on your input, so please come prepared to participate and share your thoughts, ideas, and challenges.
