A day of SPARK (Short, Provocative, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Knowledgeable) talks by leaders in the industry.


This year at ILTACON 2019, a new concept in educational programming at ILTACON was presented - Litigation Support Day! The one-day event gathered litigation support professionals for an action-packed day of learning! The day was organized by David Hasman of Bricker & Eckler, David Horrigan of Relativity, and Philip Weldon of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, and was moderated by David Horrigan.

Litigation Support State of the Union

Joy Heath Rush, ILTA CEO, kicked off the day with opening remarks. In addition, Mary Mack of ACEDS and others will delivered a Litigation Support State of the Union.

An energetic and futuristic presentation from Ari Kaplan, Ari Kaplan Advisors, was presented during lunch. He captured various perspectives on key trends and shared them in an ILTACON infographic.

The day ended with a keynote presentation by Justice Tanya Kennedy, New York State Supreme Court, New York County, where she spoke of her top 10 rules.

Those that attended ILTACON 2019, Litigation Support Day, are eligible for ACEDS (CEDS) and Relativity Continuing Education (RCE) credits.
