Since the mid-1980’s, I’ve looked for innovative ways to help attorneys leverage information technology in their practice so they could focus on their clients’ problems instead. As a technology manager for several large law firms, I've helped to develop white glove customer service organizations, fiscal responsibility, project management offices and simple-to-use technologies. My colleagues trust me to provide leadership, professional development opportunities and a secure technology platform. At the start of my career, I helped law firms use technology to automate back office systems while I went to school. Along the way, I found out that I really enjoyed helping my colleagues use technology to provide their clients’ with the best quality legal representation possible.
