With more than 19 years of experience working in the legal environment and nine years of experience in HR Learning and Development, Erika Barber is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of leading training programs in instructor-led and virtual models. Erika has a successful track record creating and executing effective training and talent strategies, building a strong team of talent development professionals, developing competency models, and creating training content such as SCORM compliant eLearnings.
In her previous role as a Learning & Development Manager, Erika formed the first Learning & Development department and revamped onboarding to introduce flipped learning and persona-based training. As a current Learning Strategist with Traveling Coaches, Erika works with law firms to develop and optimize their learning programs to align with business objectives. Through strategic planning sessions, she helps clients identify and assess learning goals, track progress towards meetings goals, and present data to evaluate the learning process.
