I have an unusual role at Reed Smith where I am a Counsel. I do both client work and act as a knowledgement management lawyer (we used to be called PSLs). This means that my KM work benefits from my close contact with deals and the market and I hope my clients benefit from the extra knowledge I acquire as well!
I specialise in complex transactions and particularly development work. I am still involved in the environmental side of real estate both in relation to land contamination and compliance with the increasing amount of green regulation that affects property owners and occupiers.
I am a member of the APSL - one of the two associations for professional support lawyers specialising in property law and am also a member of the Lawyers Green Issues Group (LGIG).
