Chris Graham provided legal technology consulting services for 21 years before joining the Mayer Brown team. He is a seasoned project manager who, on five occasions, has served as the Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) for AmLaw 200 law firms who were transitioning their IT leadership. He has considerable experience conducting technology assessment and analysis studies, assisting with law firm merger technology planning and implementations as well as managing the implementation of various technologies and data center refreshes around the world. Chris has assisted two AmLaw 100 firms with developing their co-location strategies, including the review and selection process, the design of the DR/BCP solution (leveraging server virtualization and various data replication strategies), and managing the move to the co-location facility. His experience also includes providing IT project management guidance and mentorship for two General Electric (GE) businesses, managing multiple GE project managers and projects. Chris has successfully managed other projects, including virtualization, data center centralization, storage strategy, selection and implementation management, and network operating system migrations. He has also leveraged his architecture education and experience to lead the technology aspects of multiple office renovations and one net-new office opening.
