Areas of Focus: The Litigation & Practice Support Content Coordinating Team will work to deliver quality, relevant and timely educational and member-driven programming within the areas of focus of litigation and practice support. The perfect applicant has advanced knowledge of some or all of the following subject matters: Litigation Support Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Analytics and dashboards Case/Matter Management Claimant Databases Collaboration and file sharing Electronically stored information (ESI) and other discovery data International litigation and borderless data (Privacy shield; GDPR) Legal process management and process Improvement Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Tools and technology Trial Support Managed services and outsourcing Forensics Information governance and evidence management Education and training Case closure Innovation Machine Learning + AI IoT Responsibilities: Work with team members to conduct a detailed review of potential topics ideas Collaborate with team members to determine specific types of programming for each topic (i.e., webinar, podcast, article, etc.)
