The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of ILTA wish to extend our congratulations to Supreme Court Justice-designate Ketanji Brown Jackson.
On April 4, 2022, a historic event occurred when Ketanji Brown Jackson became the first African American woman to be confirmed to serve on the United States Supreme Court.
As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr stated: “Peace is not simply the absence of conflict, but the existence of justice for all people.” On this day, the door to equity, justice, inclusion, and diverse perspectives has been widened on the highest Court in the United States.
