(Chicago, IL) August 13, 2021 – The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) Announces a New 2022 Conference and shares 2021 ILTACON Updates.
ILTA is pleased to announce the in-person ILTA CXO Summit, to be held tentatively in April of 2022. This event, created to bring together thought-leaders from firms of all-sizes, will offer new educational and networking opportunities. Additionally, a key component of this new event is to partner C-suite level mentors with mentees looking to grow their careers in legal technology. This event will directly align with ILTA’s strategic goals and continue to foster diverse and equitable conversations within the legal technology landscape. More details are forthcoming.
For 2021, this year’s ILTACON marks the first instance of a fully hybrid annual conference. Composed of more than 60 sessions, with nine company updates, four Keynotes, two digital master classes, over 60% of the ILTA educational sessions will be live streamed. All sessions will be available to registrants post-event.
“The difficulty of pulling together a hybrid event, amid the ever-changing protocols of COVID, does not escape us. Our dedicated, lean professional staff, along with our amazing volunteers, have stepped up and gone above and beyond to create an unparalleled educational event. As they say in Apollo 13, “I believe this will be our finest hour.”” -Dawn Hudgins, ILTA VP of Service Delivery
ILTA>ON, 2020 marked the first fully virtual annual conference for ILTA, with over 2,000 total online registrants from all corners of the globe. Looking to build upon that base, ILTACON 2021 was initially planned to bring attendees back together, onsite, for education and collaboration, while providing virtual, global audiences with cutting-edge legal tech education and innovation.
For ILTACON 2021, ILTA worked in tandem with local and State authorities, while keeping a close eye on public safety amid challenging and oft-changing COVID protocols.
“We know that ILTAns would rather all be together, learning and networking, with our friends and global colleagues. Unfortunately, we can’t all be together this year and we hope that ILTACON 2022 will bring us onsite, with our teams, partners, press, and friends.” -Joy Heath Rush, ILTA CEO
ILTACON 2021 onsite registration is closed; however, virtual registration is open through August 18, 2021. For more information on ILTA events, please click here.
