(Chicago, IL – 5 June 2025) – The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) is proud to announce the release of its second annual ILTA Awards of Excellence publication, celebrating the remarkable contributions of legal professionals and innovators in the field of legal technology and visionary leadership.
 
As a cornerstone of ILTA’s commitment to recognizing excellence, the 2025 Distinguished Peer Awards and Influential Women in Legal Technology Awards showcase individuals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise, thought leadership, and an unwavering dedication to advancing legal services through technology. These prestigious honors highlight the professionals shaping the future of the industry, setting new benchmarks of innovation and leadership.
 
This year’s publication features in-depth profiles of the 2025 award winners and finalists, offering a closer look at their career journeys, key accomplishments, and lasting impact on the legal landscape. Through their visionary work, these leaders continue to inspire the legal technology community, driving transformation and progress across the sector.

The ILTA Awards of Excellence publication is now available online and hard copy and soft copy versions will be made available for order in July (please keep an eye on the website for more information and launch dates). The ILTA 2025 Distinguished Peer Awards were held in April of 2025 at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Grand Dunes Resort in South Carolina.
  
Nominations for 2026 Distinguished Peer Awards will open in December of 2005.
